Payment Processing

RisingMVP LLC does not store full credit card or banking details.

In some cases, the Platform allows sports organizations to generate payment links or payment invitations sent to parents or guardians. These invitations may include:

RisingMVP LLC does not act as the merchant of record and does not hold or control funds related to organization transactions.

Payments are processed directly through the organization's connected Stripe account.

RisingMVP LLC may store limited transaction metadata for operational purposes including payment status, timestamps, expiration dates, and transaction identifiers.

When users access the Platform, we may automatically collect limited technical information including:

Organizations Acting as Data Controllers

Sports organizations using RisingMVP are solely responsible for how they collect, manage, use, and protect participant information within their programs.

RisingMVP LLC provides software tools but does not control how organizations manage their internal operations or participant data.

When RisingMVP processes parent or minor-related information in connection with registrations or payment invitations, RisingMVP acts solely as a service provider or data processor on behalf of the applicable sports organization.

The organization is the data controller responsible for obtaining parental consent where required, determining pricing and registration policies, establishing refund policies, and complying with consumer protection laws.

4. Media and Athlete Content

Organizations and users may upload photos, videos, and media that include athletes or participants.

Users uploading such media represent that they have obtained necessary permissions, media releases, and parental or guardian consent required to upload and share such content.

RisingMVP LLC does not independently verify media permissions.

If a parent, guardian, or rights holder believes that media content has been uploaded without proper consent, they may request removal by contacting RisingMVP LLC.

5. Data Retention

RisingMVP LLC retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain platform functionality, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain operational backups and logs.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal or compliance purposes.
