Users uploading such content represent that they have obtained all necessary permissions and parental consent where required.

Prohibited content includes:

Unauthorized images of minors
Sexually explicit or exploitative content

Copyrighted content without permission

4. Protection of Minors

Because the platform may involve youth athletes:

Users must act responsibly when sharing information about minors
Misuse of athlete information is strictly prohibited

5. Platform Misuse

Users may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Scrape, copy, or extract platform data without permission
Distribute malware or malicious code
Interfere with platform functionality

6. Enforcement

RisingMVP LLC reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these guidelines or the Terms of Service.
